The first phase of a resurfacing project for Kipp Street will start on Monday, according to a message posted on the Town of New Castle's website.
The road, near downtown Chappaqua, will first get milling, which will then be followed by drainage work and then repaving, the notice states. However, the repaving won't happen until several weeks from now, according to the alert.
