Snow Emergencies Declared in New Castle, Mount Kisco

Snow emergencies have been declared and announced for both New Castle and Mount Kisco.

New Castle's emergency, which was declared by Supervisor Rob Greenstein, runs from 5 p.m. on Jan. 21 to 10 a.m. on Jan. 22. On-street parking during the emergency is banned, along with leaving vehicles unattended.

Mount Kisco's emergency, which was declared by Village Manager James Palmer, runs on Jan. 22 from 12:01 a.m. to 7 a.m. On-street parking is prohibited by the emergency but the notice states that municipal parking lots will have free parking.
