NEWLY EXPANDED KHADER CENTER IN MT. KISCO IS NOW FORMING SELF IDENTITY DISCUSSION GROUPS AS PART OF THE HEALTH AND WELLNESS CENTER’S NEW

IDENTITY PRACTICE.

GROUPS WILL BEGIN IN MID-MAY AND WILL BE LEAD BY SUNA SENMAN-LANE,                                                                         A TRUE IDENTITY MENTOR AND LICENSED MASTER SOCIAL WORKER

Mt. Kisco, NY….Dina Khader is proud to announce The Khader Center’s new series of group discussions focusing on “Building Healthy Habits,” Accepting Yourself For Who You Are,” Dreaming And Setting Goals,” and Choosing your Actions,”….all helping to create a more fulfilling life.  Groups are now forming and will begin in mid-May at The Khader Center, 4 Smith Avenue in Mt. Kisco, NY.

The new discussion groups will be lead by Suna Senman-Lane, recently hired by The Khader Center and a True Identity Mentor and Licensed Master Social Worker. Ms. Lane has many years of clinical practice as a therapist and is additionally certified in prevention and management of eating disorders. She helps patients focus on their true identity and well being.

Currently forming groups include cancer support for both men and women, gender respect for both men and women, weight management/digestion and emotions, teen groups about “life and stuff,” that include eating disorders,  bullying, and managing friendships. A special group that is women only focused will discuss transitioning women..from home to work, from change of careers, any type of life transitions.  Cost of the new true identity groups is $ 300 for a five week program, once a week and $ 500 for the five week program, twice a week.
