Women's History Month Conference: The Arts and Activism

Sarah Lawrence College will host an international group of scholars to present this year’s The 14th Annual Women's History Month conference entitled, “The Arts and Activism” on Friday and Saturday, March 2 and 3, 2012. The two-day event will feature panel discussions, workshops, performances, and films focusing on how women have used their artistic expression as a method of activism and as means of liberation.  The conference is free and open to the public.
