Starting Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving break, all of Chappaqua's bus routes will be back to normal, district spokesman David Hayes confirmed.
The full recovery comes more than three weeks after Hurricane Sandy devastated the region, leaving scores of downed trees and wires in its wake. Students could not go back to their schools for more than a week after the storm hit, and since classes resume two weeks ago, alternate bus routes were used because road conditions, according to the district, were not sufficient for regular service.
