'Thanksgivakuh' in Chappaqua

With Thanksgiving and Hanukkah converging on this year's calendar due to an unusually early placement of the later holiday, the signs of both are present among some merchants in Chappaqua.

Auntie Penny, for example, has an elaborate display for what has been called "Thanksgivakuh." It features several faux turkeys in a pageant, each wearing tiaras. The lineup is interspersed with Hanukkah decorations.

Across the street, Village Market has two painted window displays celebrating both holidays.
