Orozco's Ex-Coach Has Advice for Next Event

Jason Hebert feels that John Orozco needs to look forward for Wednesday's individual all-around.

Monday was disappointing for John Orozco, who along with Team USA, finished fifth in the Olympic men's gymnastics team final.

Despite the finish, Orozco, who trained at Chappaqua's for years, has another shot to win a medal Wednesday when he competes in the men's individual all-around final.

For the next event, Jason Hebert, Orozco's former coach at World Cup, says that he should "turn the page" and "move forward."

While Hebert knows that lnot thinking about the finish may be difficult, he "has to put it behind him."

For Monday, Orozco's perfomance - Hebert explained that he had falls in the pommel horse and vault - was not characteristic.

Having the falls, Hebert explained, was "just not like him at all."

Still, Hebert noted that in other areas he did "very well," including rings, bars and the high bar.

Hebert optimistic about his chances.

"You know, it's a fresh start," he said about Wednesday.

World Cup, which held a viewing for the team event, will hold another for the individual one on Wednesday, starting at 11:30 a.m.
