1. The Chappaqua Library announced that it is hosting a talk about Geocaching, which is described as treasure hunting with a GPS. The talk starts on Tuesday at 6:30 p.m.
2. Also at the Chappaqua Library this week is a discussion called LinkedIn 101: The Basics and Beyond, a workshop for people to learn how to use the the career and jobs profile site. The talk is on Tuesday at 7 p.m.
3. The New Castle Town Board meets on Tuesday for a work session. Agenda items include discussion about applying to the state comptroller's office relating to creating sewer districts for Riverwoods and Yeshiva Farm Settlement, along with possibly designating the Sarles-Archer Family Graveyard as a town landmark. The meeting starts at 7:45 p.m. at town hall in Chappaqua.
4. The Chappaqua school board meets on Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. at Horace Greeley High School. Agenda items include updates on Greeley's future Learning Commons space.
