Blue Asian Fusion is deceptively small. A low lit and attractively decorated sushi bar and dining area comprise the ground floor; there are further dining rooms upstairs for customers. It has been in business since 2008. Restaurant owner Wayne Ye wanted to offer authentic fusion, including Thai, Korean Barbecue, Chinese and Japanese recipes.
