Flying Pig On Lexington (Closed)
914-666-7445
In 2000, the Flying Pig opened at Mount Kisco train station as a breakfast stop. After customers requested a lunch and dinner menu, it expanded into the train-station waiting room.
In 2006, it moved into its farmhouse colonial-style location on Lexington Avenue. Founded and owned by Cabbage Hill Farm owner Nancy Kohlberg, it has been a showcase and advocate for local, natural and artisanal foods, sustainable farming and small farmers throughout the area.
