The Mount Kisco Recreation Commission is in charge of overseeing the village's parks and playgrounds. It is made up of a 7-member board that meets monthly. Its policies are administered by the Recreation Department, which runs Leonard Park and Fox Park. At Leonard Park, amenities include a children's playground, fields for baseball and softball, tennis courts, pools and an indoor recreation center that is multipurpose. It also has a tea house, sleigh riding and fishing. Fox Park has a senior citizens' center, basketball courts and a softball court. 

Mount Kisco Recreation Commission members are Linda Cindrich, Chairwoman, Kathy Feeney, Roy Sartorius, John Reber, Kim Terlizzi, Joe Ziminsky and Michal Winter. The Superintendent for the department is Charles Pieragostini.
