The Village Board of Trustees is in charge of governing Mount Kisco along with the mayor. There are four trustees and…More one of which is appointed by the mayor to serve as deputy mayor. The board's most important areas of governance include handling taxes, budgeting and administration of the village government.
The board meets every other Monday in the Mount Kisco Village Hall, except for holidays. Meetings are taped for the public to watch on channel 18, the local public cable channel. Agendas and minutes for each meeting are posted on the village's Web site.
Public commenting is allowed at the end of each meeting. In order to request items to be included on meeting agendas, contact the village manager.
