The Finance Department handles vital records, permits and financial matters for the village. It is made up of threeMore departments: the Treasurer's Office, the Receiver of Taxes Office and the Registrar of Vital Statistics Office. The Treasurer's duties include assisting in the village's budget process, financial accounting, auditing, payroll and benefits management for employees and retirees. The Receiver's jurisdiction includes collection and billing for property taxes, utility billing and selling permits for areas such as parking and recycling. The Registrar handles licenses for marriage, as well as birth and death certificates.
