Fox Lane's Sammy Jo Tracy was named The Journal News/LoHud.com Westchester/Putnam Player of the Year as per Chris Perez' story on LoHud.com.
She had previously been named by MSG Varsity as its Hudson Valley Player of the Year, which we told you last week.

Fox Lane's Sydney Stern joined Tracy on the Westchester/Putnam first team.
Teammate Kate Burbank made the second team.
