Chappaqua resident Colin G. McRee has been arrested for the second time in less than two weeks for DWI. He was stopped northbound on Interstate 684 in Lewisboro because he was allegedly weaving between lanes, state police said. He was pulled over during a broader DWI sweep that took place from 8 p.m. last night until 4 a.m. According to police, McRee, 26, had a .13 BAC level and faces felony DWI charges due to a 2005 conviction.
