Graham, Altieri, Thompson and Agosto were all charged with felony counts of drug sales and drug possession, along with misdemeanor counts of drug possession. Robles was charged with one felony count of drug sales.

Westchester County District Attorney Janet DiFiore said the arrest happened following an investigation by the Westchester District Attorney Narcotics Initiative in Cortlandt, Croton and Peekskill. The state police, along with the Croton-on-Hudson and Harrison Police Departments assisted with the investigation.

Each of the suspects were allegedly seen making multiple sales of heroin to an undercover officer in various jurisdictions, according to law enforcement officials.  Officials said there appeared to be no connection between any of the defendants.

Altieri was arrested on March 21, Graham was arrested on March 27, Robles was arrested on May 2, and Thompson and Agosto were both arrested on May 3.

Police also executed search warrants at Agosto’s home, where they seized oxycodone, and Altieri’s home, where they seized nearly an ounce of cocaine, 500 “$10” bags of heroin packaged for sale on the street and $3,000 in cash.

All five suspects are in county jail and face nine to 12 years in prison if convicted.
