One of the saddest thing I’ve ever seen in my life is people walking the “Walk of a Slow Death” on the treadmill at the gym. They stare off with a glazed look on their faces resembling zombies on the “Walking Dead” TV series. They hold on to that handle bar looking like they are praying that the weight will come off and suddenly they will feel better about themselves. So so very sad. Why do so many make this terrible decision when the right decision is in front of their eyes. Our 10 round workout is awesome. Not only does it burn close to 1000 calories in an hour but it is so much fun. The whole time you are working out you feel free and alive. No worrying about the car payment or the kids college fund. Nothing matters. It’s just you and what you need to do to improve yourself. That kin of mini vacation allows you to step outside yourself. When you go back you do so with a new clarity and positive approach to your everyday needs.

We start out with a quick warm up to get the body ready. Next we get into our heavy bag work. We learn basic kickboxing techniques that are effective in real life. Then we start to piece them together in combinations. During these rounds our heart rate gets jacked up. We build muscle through resistance training. When we finish on the bag we do more strength training before entering into our cool down stretch. Since our training gets our body temperature up we are able to increase our flexibility at the end. Once it’s over your feel amazing. Proud as can be for challenging yourself to your absolute limits.
