KIM CHARLTON JOINS DOUGLAS ELLIMAN’S BEDFORD OFFICE

An avid equestrian and real estate professional serving the Bedford community since 1995, Ms. Charlton possesses a wealth of local knowledge and business insight offering a unique edge in this highly competitive market. Ms. Charlton also specializes in the areas of Briarcliff Manor, Katonah, Lewisboro, Mt. Kisco, North and South Salem, Pound Ridge, and Waccabuc.

Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Ms. Charlton came to New York in 1977 to pursue a career opportunity in fashion. She traveled and worked in Europe, the Middle East, Japan, China, South America, and the Caribbean among other destinations. The global network she built over time has helped her local real estate career flourish,

Ms. Charlton is the mother of two adult children who attended area public and private schools. In her spare time, she takes advantage of Bedford’s equestrian setting, riding horses on the Bedford Riding Lanes Association trails, and helps charities for children's education and animal welfare.
