Photos: Mount Kisco Fire Department Parade

Many neighboring fire departments turned out.

Here are some photos from the Mount Kisco Fire Department's parade, which was held Friday night through downtown Mount Kisco. Members of the public lined the sidewalks around Main Street and South Moger Avenue, watching the seemingly endless procession of firefighters and marching bands.

Visiting fire departments came from all over, and included Chappaqua, Millwood, Bedford, Bedford Hills, Katonah, Pleasantville, Pound Ridge, Yorktown Heights and Armonk, just to name a few. Other attending departments included Ossining, Mamaroneck Village, Harrison, Somers, Carmel, Thornwood, Greenwich and New Canaan.

After the parade, people gathered at the parking lot adjacent to St. Francis of Assisi Parish, on Green Street, for a barbeque.
