Mount Kisco Library to Have Sunday Hours [UPDATE]

In aftermath of Hurricane Sandy, library serves as WiFi spot.

UPDATE, NOV. 2

In a follow up email sent to the community, the village announced that the library will be open on Sunday, which is normally its closure day. Hours will be from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

The Mount Kisco Public Library will be operating on longer hours Friday and Saturday, the village announced. 

The hours are:

Friday - 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. with WiFi access only from 5-7 p.m.

Saturday - 9:30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

The library has seen a surge in demand since Hurricane Sandy devastated the area on Monday.
