A 25-year-old Mount Kisco man was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated (DWI) and is alleged to have been involved in a rollover automobile accident on Route 118, New York State Police announced, stating that the events were in Somers.
The events are alleged by police to have happened on Jan. 18.
Police alleged that discovery of the DWI came after rollover. The man is due in Somers' court on Jan. 27 at 5:30 p.m., police stated.
