A 32-year-old Katonah man was discovered to be dead inside a truck parked in a garage by, according to a report from The Journal News.
Rudy Asencio was found in a garage near his apartment, according to the newspaper, which reported that his death appears to be accidental, citing Bedford police. The newspaper reports that the vehicle was on and that Asencio "was overcome by exhaust fumes."
Lt. Jeff Dickan, a source for the report and a spokesman for the police department, could not be reached.
