BCSD Elementary Schools Hold 'Family Fun Walk' At Fox Lane HS
Physical Education Teachers at two of the district's elementary schools talk about the event.
This week, the Bedford Central School District held its annual series of events celebrating National Physical Education and Sports Week, which included a Thursday-night Family Fun Walk for children and parents from all five of the district's elementary schools coming together at the Fox Lane High School track and football field, and walk around.
Patch caught up with two physical education teachers and asked them about the event: Jean Mazzilli from Pound Ridge Elementary School, and John DelFavero from Mount Kisco Elementary School.
The week was scheduled to end with a 5th-grade olympic day for Friday.
