(The following is a letter from Superintendent Jere Hochman)

Dear Bedford Central Community:

This year we have enhanced our community outreach.  We want to hear from you.  In the past few weeks, we have held focus groups to see what trends and key topics came up, completed a telephone interview survey of 500 district residents, and held three "In Focus" community engagement sessions. We have already learned a lot about community perceptions and priorities.

The next step in the process is to survey everyone.  We would like your input!  It will take about 15 minutes to complete.

All results of surveys, all comments from the community engagement sessions (verbatim), and all summaries of the online surveys will be posted online soon and will be presented to the Board of Education on March 24!

Thank you for taking the time to complete this survey.  We will keep you informed of what we learn and as we plan for the future.

If you have any questions about this survey, this process, or others in general, as always, feel free to email me.

Sincerely,

Jere Hochman
