3. The New Castle Planning Board will discuss the latest retail plan for Chappaqua Crossing in a Tuesday work session, according to the meeting's agenda; the meeting starts at 7 p.m. at town hall. The work session is because of a town board vote to refer the project to the planning board. The latest plan, submitted in November, has a 40,000-square-foot Whole Foods.
