Fall Festival in Chappaqua; 'Shop for the Cause'

1. The second-annual fall festival will be in downtown Chappaqua on Saturday, according to the Chappaqua-Millwood Chamber of Commerce. This year it is called the ICD Contemporary Jewelry Fall Festival, named for a local jewelry store. It will be from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. and include activities such as a joust, hayride, obstacle course and kids' doughnut eating contests. More details are at this link.

2. Houlihan Lawrence's Chappaqua location announced it will hold its annual "Shop for the Cause," which is for Making Strides Against Breast Cancer. It will be on Saturday at 10 a.m.

3. The PTA of Douglas G. Grafflin Elementary School announced it will hold the Annual Halloween Spooktacular, which will be on Saturday at 12 p.m. at the school.

4. Westmoreland Sanctuary announced that it is holding an "Underwater Investigation" on Sunday at 1 p.m. It will be for exploring aquatic animals at Bechtel Lake. 

5. The Katonah Village Library is holding its annual book sale on starting on Saturday and running until Nov. 2, the library announced.
