Book Festival & Bake Sale; Veterans' Talk

Here is a round up of this week's upcoming events:

1. The first-ever Chappaqua Childrens' Book Festival will be held on Saturday at 10 a.m. at Robert E. Bell Middle School. There will be more than 65 authors and illustrators participating. Details are at this link.

2. The fourth-annual Great Chappaqua Bake Sale will also be held on Saturday and it is partnering with the book festival. It will start at 10 a.m. and will also be held at the middle school. 

3. The American Association of University Women's Westchester branch announced that it will hold a guest speaking by Technical Sergeant Kimberly Davis, who is an Air Force veteran. She will discuss how she survived sexual assault. The talk will be on 6 p.m. at the First Congregational Church of Chappaqua.

4. The Mount Kisco Fire Department Ancient Fife & Drum Corps announced that it will be holding a registration for new members on Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Mount Kisco Elementary School.

5. The New Castle Historical Society announced that it is hosting an antiques talk on Tuesday at 7 p.m., which will include Kim Freeman as a guest.
